RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
At MODERN FORWARDING LIMITED, we are committed to providing our customers with a reliable and satisfactory purchasing experience. If you are not completely satisfied with an eligible product purchased through our online store, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions described below and your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer law.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To qualify for a return, the product should be unused, unworn when applicable, undamaged, and in substantially the same condition in which it was received.
The product should be returned with its original packaging and, where applicable, tags, manuals, accessories, protective materials, documentation, and any other components originally supplied with the item.
Proof of purchase or valid order information may be required to process your return.

Please provide your order number, details of the product you wish to return, and the reason for your return request.
Products returned without prior communication may take longer to process or may not be accepted where prior authorisation is reasonably required.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.
When reporting an issue, please provide your order number and a clear description of the problem. We may request photographs, packaging information, shipping labels, or other information reasonably necessary to evaluate the issue.
Where appropriate, and subject to applicable consumer law, we may offer a repair, replacement, exchange, return, refund, or another suitable remedy.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain products may not qualify for return or cancellation where an applicable legal exception applies. These may include:
- Personalised, customised, or made-to-order products;
- Sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed;
- Products damaged through misuse, improper handling, or customer-caused damage after delivery;
- Products that have been materially altered after delivery;

Any limitation on returns remains subject to applicable UK consumer protection law and does not affect statutory rights relating to faulty, damaged, or misdescribed goods.
EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange an eligible product for another model, size, colour, variation, or available item, please contact us at burneykolt1602@outlook.com.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product or provide an applicable refund where appropriate.
REFUNDS
Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refunded amount appears in your account.
Nothing in this policy limits any refund rights available to consumers under applicable UK law.
RETURN SHIPPING
Responsibility for return shipping costs will depend on the circumstances of the return and applicable law.
Where a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise does not conform to the applicable contract, return costs will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.
For other eligible returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs where permitted by law and properly disclosed.
We recommend retaining proof of postage and using a trackable shipping method when returning products.
CANCELLATION RIGHTS
Consumers purchasing online may have statutory cancellation rights under UK consumer law.
Where these rights apply, customers may generally cancel an eligible distance contract within the applicable statutory cancellation period without giving a reason.
Any statutory cancellation rights are separate from, and may apply in addition to, our voluntary 30-day return period.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS

We cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled once processing, fulfilment, or dispatch has begun.
Where an eligible order is successfully cancelled after payment has been collected, the applicable refund will normally be issued to the original payment method.
CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in this Return and Refund Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or waive statutory consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or waived under applicable UK law.
