SHIPPING POLICY
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders placed with MODERN FORWARDING LIMITED are generally processed within 1–3 business days following successful payment confirmation.
Business days generally exclude weekends and applicable bank or public holidays.
Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotional events, periods of unusually high demand, inventory updates, supplier delays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Order processing time is separate from the estimated delivery or transit period.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Available shipping methods, applicable delivery charges, and estimated delivery periods will be displayed during checkout when available.
Estimated delivery periods generally begin after an order has been processed and dispatched.
We make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the timeframe communicated to customers.
Delivery dates and transit times may nevertheless be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits statutory delivery rights available under applicable UK consumer law.
TRACKING
Where tracking information is available, customers may receive a dispatch confirmation containing the applicable tracking number or other tracking details.
Carrier tracking systems may require additional time after dispatch before tracking information becomes active or displays updated movement.
Customers should allow reasonable time for carrier systems to update.
MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
Products from the same order may occasionally be processed or dispatched separately.
As a result, customers may receive multiple packages for a single order, and those packages may arrive on different dates.
Receiving one package does not necessarily mean that every product included in the order has been delivered.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.

DELIVERY DELAYS

Where a significant delay occurs, we will handle the matter in accordance with applicable contractual obligations and consumer rights.
LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES
If tracking information indicates an unusual delay, failed delivery, or another shipping problem, please contact us.
We may request your order number, delivery address, and relevant tracking information so that we can investigate the issue.
Where appropriate, we may coordinate with the applicable shipping carrier before determining the appropriate resolution.
DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package or product arrives visibly damaged, please retain the original packaging and contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
We may request photographs of the package, shipping label, product, packaging materials, and damage to assist with evaluating the issue.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International shipping may be available for selected destinations where offered during checkout.
International shipments may be subject to customs procedures, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, handling charges, processing charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
Where applicable, responsibility for these charges will be determined according to information provided during checkout and applicable law.
International customs procedures may result in additional delivery time.
